2-of-3 MFKDF Demo

This page is a basic demonstration of 2-of-3 (secret-sharing style) multi-factor key derivation. These factors were chosen because they can be used non-interactively in the browser. More advanced factors could be used in coordination with a backend server. At least two of the following three factors are required to derive a key and reveal an encrypted image:

• Password:  verysecure
• Recovery Code:  ec70d8c6-cd76-48bb-a74d-b02e73d586f1
• Security Answer:  fido
